Direct Booking Terms for Putu’s Cooking Class
Review confirmation, pricing, transport, children, dietary requirements, cancellation, rescheduling, safety, and guest responsibilities.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the date, package, number of guests, transport arrangement, final price, and payment have been accepted and confirmed.
Prices and Children
Adult prices depend on the selected package and number of paying guests. Children aged 5–11 pay 50% of the applicable adult price. Infants aged 0–4 are free. Alcohol is USD 3 per person when available and confirmed.
Transport
Round-trip transport from accommodation in Ubud is included. Guests staying outside Ubud must provide the exact hotel or villa location so an additional transport charge can be confirmed before payment.
Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Vegetarian requests, allergies, ingredients to avoid, and spice preferences must be disclosed before the booking is confirmed. Putu will explain what can reasonably be accommodated.
Cancellation and Refund
Date Changes
A request to move the booking to another date is subject to Putu’s availability. A new date is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Late Arrival
Guests should be ready at the agreed pickup or meeting point. A substantial delay may shorten the experience or affect the market visit and transport schedule.
Safety and Conduct
Guests must follow Putu’s instructions when handling knives, heat, cooking equipment, and ingredients. Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult.
Photography
Guests may take personal photographs unless asked not to photograph a private family or ceremonial moment. Commercial use requires separate permission.
